Viewing Inventory as a Merchant in 3PLICITY

This guide explains how to view and manage your inventory in 3PLICITY as a Merchant. The platform provides a centralized space where you can monitor stock levels, review product availability, and track inventory across different warehouse locations.

Accessing Your Inventory

  1. Log in to 3PLICITY using your Merchant credentials.

  2. From the left-hand navigation panel, click Inventory.

You will see multiple sections available, including:

  • Products

  • Items

  • Low Stock

Viewing Inventory Items

  1. Click Items under the Inventory section.

This screen displays a table with all products currently in your inventory. Each entry represents a product and its associated stock information.

Items with zero stock will not be listed in the table; complete a Purchase Order to restock your inventory.

Inventory Information

For each product, you can view:

  • Warehouse – The location where the product is stored

  • SKU – The product identifier

  • Product Name

  • Minimum Stock – The threshold set for low stock alerts

  • Available – The quantity currently in stock

  • Reserved – Units allocated to orders (if applicable)

This view allows you to quickly understand how much stock is available and where it is located.

Navigating and Managing the Inventory Table

  • Use the table navigation controls to move between pages if you have a large inventory.

  • Sort products by clicking on column headers such as Product Name, SKU, or Available quantity.

  • Use filtering options to narrow down results based on warehouse, stock levels, or other criteria.

Viewing Product Details

  1. In the Items table, locate the product you want to review.

  2. Click Details.

The Product Details screen provides a deeper view of the product, including:

Catalog Information

  • SKU

  • Price

  • Description

  • Product ID

Stock by Location

This section shows how your inventory is distributed:

  • Each warehouse is listed with its corresponding stock levels.

  • If a product is stored in multiple warehouses, each location will display its own quantity.

Example:

  • Warehouse 1: 50 units

  • Warehouse 2: 30 units

Managing Minimum Stock Levels

You can define a minimum stock threshold to help monitor low inventory.

  1. In the Stock by Location section, click Edit Min Stock.

  2. Enter the desired minimum stock value.

  3. Click Save.

This value will be used to identify when stock levels are running low.

Identifying Low Stock Products

  • Products that fall below the defined minimum stock are highlighted directly in the inventory view.

  • To focus only on these items, click Low Stock under the Inventory section.

This section displays all products that are currently low on stock or out of stock, allowing you to take action quickly.

Editing Product Information

From the Product Details screen:

  1. Click Edit Catalog.

  2. Update product information such as name, description, or price.

  3. Save your changes.

Summary

By using the Inventory section in 3PLICITY, you can:

  • Monitor stock levels across one or multiple warehouses

  • Track available and reserved quantities

  • Set minimum stock thresholds for better control

  • Quickly identify low stock or out-of-stock products

  • Access detailed product and inventory information

This functionality helps you maintain accurate inventory records and ensures better operational control over your products.
