How to Change the Language on the Personal Assessment Page
You can customize the language in which your Personal Assessment page is displayed. This allows patients to navigate and complete their consultation in their preferred language. Below are the steps to update the display language and how it works from a user perspective.
Step 1: Access the Company Profile Settings
Log into the platform and go to your main dashboard.
In the left-hand sidebar, click on Settings.
Once in the Settings menu, click on Company Profile.
Step 2: Locate the Language Selector
In the Company Profile panel (left side), you will see the needed fields at the bottom:
Language selection options
Save Changes button
The language selector is shown as two options, each with a round radio button. You can choose between the available languages (e.g., English and Spanish).
Note: If no logo is uploaded and the Privacy Policy URL is missing, the right panel (Personal Assessment Form settings) will remain disabled. Make sure these fields are completed in order to fully configure the form.
Step 3: Save Your Changes
Select the desired language by clicking on its radio button.
Click on Save Changes.
Once saved, a confirmation message will appear in green, indicating the settings have been successfully updated.
Step 4: Review the Language Change on the Personal Assessment Page
Navigate to your public Personal Assessment page.
The content should now be displayed in the language you selected.
All interface elements—such as headers, labels, buttons, and descriptions—will be translated accordingly.
Using the Language Switch Button on the Public Page
At the top of the Personal Assessment page, a language button allows patients to switch between available languages before they begin with their consultation.
Clicking the visible language will open a dropdown menu with the alternative option.
Selecting a new language will immediately update the page’s content in the chosen language, without requiring a reload.
The page remains stable and fully functional when the language is switched—only before form completion.
All elements (like the Male and Female selectors) remain visually responsive, with hover effects that reflect the selected accent color.
Summary
Changing the language of your Personal Assessment page is straightforward and ensures accessibility for a wider range of users. You can update the preferred display language from your dashboard settings and patients can freely switch between languages when ready to use the form.
This feature supports consistent design and functionality across all supported languages.
