How to Update and Modify Company Information
Keeping your company information up to date on BeautySnap ensures that your clients and partners have accurate details. Follow the instructions below to modify your company’s information and settings.
1. Access Your Company Profile Settings
Navigate to the BeautySnap webpage and log in to your account.
Once logged in, you will be redirected to the main dashboard.
In the left sidebar, select 'Settings' to open the settings options.
From the settings page, click on 'Company Profile'. The Company Profile section will be displayed.
2. View the Company Profile Section
The Company Profile section contains two panels:
Left Panel: Company Profile Information
Right Panel: Personal Assessment Form
3. Update Company Information
a. Modify Business Name
In the left panel, locate the Business Name field.
Click into the field and type in the new business name.
b. Upload Company Logo
Click the Upload Logo button.
A media picker will appear, allowing you to choose a file. Supported formats include:
.xbm, .tiff, .jpg, .png, .svg, and many others.
Select the logo file from your storage and click Open/Upload.
Once uploaded, the logo will appear in the Logo Preview box, and the top right information will reflect your new logo and business name.
c. Update Privacy Policy URL
In the Privacy Policy URL field, type the updated link to your company's privacy policy.

d. Choose a Color for Your "Personal Assessment" Profile
This combination of colors will be applied to the Personal Assessment Form page (Further instructions detailed at: https://alsetinc.freshdesk.com/en/support/solutions/articles/153000241124-set-up-the-personal-assessment-page)
Click the Choose Color dropdown to open the color picker modal.
Use the color and transparency bars, or enter a HEX code to select your preferred color.
You can switch to a color palette selector by clicking the Switch Mode button.
Once satisfied with your selection, click Apply to set the desired colors.
These colors will appear on the concerns page when clients click on your provided link.
4. Save Changes
The Save Changes button will remain disabled until all required information is entered (e.g., Privacy URL).
Once all fields are completed, the Save Changes button will become enabled.
Click Save Changes to confirm your updates. A green confirmation message will appear, confirming that your changes have been saved successfully.
5. "Personal Assessment Form" Panel Update
After updating your company information, the Personal Assessment Form panel on the right will display updated instructions in blue.
You will now be able to:
Accept the Terms and Conditions
See the URL and Scripts needed to share your Personal Assessment form to get leads.
Paste your privacy policy URL
6. Accept Terms and Conditions
To complete the process, click the Accept the Terms and Conditions checkbox.
This action will remove the blur from the text fields and enable the Copy Scripts button.
7. Copy Scripts for Website Integration
Once the Terms and Conditions are accepted, click Copy Scripts.
The script code will be copied to your clipboard.
The button will momentarily change to 'Copied Scripts', then revert to Copy Scripts.
You can now paste the script into a website that accepts full scripts (e.g., WordPress) to add functionality.
Alternatively, you can paste the second script into your browser's address bar to be redirected to the Personal Assessment Page.
By following these steps, you can easily update your company’s information and ensure it is properly reflected on BeautySnap. Make sure to update your logo, privacy URL, and color settings, and accept the terms to finalize the setup for your Personal Assessment form.
