Viewing and Managing Merchant Accounts as a Super Admin

Overview

The Back Office allows Super Admin users to view and manage all merchant (3PL customer) accounts registered in the platform. This section provides a centralized view of merchant data, including account status, associated company (tenant), and key account details.

The interface is designed to help you quickly search, filter, and navigate through merchant records for efficient administration.

Only users with the Super Admin role can access this functionality.

Accessing the Back Office

Navigate to the 3PLICITY Back Office page using the provided URL.
Sign in using your organization’s work account.

Once logged in, you will see the main navigation menu with options such as Home, Merchants, and Invite Merchants.

Accessing the Merchants List

Click on the Merchants tab to open the merchant management screen.

This section displays a table containing all registered merchant accounts in the system.

Understanding the Merchants Table

Each row in the table represents a merchant account and includes key information such as:

  • Email address

  • First and last name

  • Merchant (business) name

  • Account status indicator (for example, active or restricted/banned)

This overview allows you to quickly identify and review merchant accounts.

Searching for Merchants

Use the search functionality to locate specific merchants.

You can search by:

  • Merchant name

  • Email address

The table updates dynamically to display matching results.

Filtering and Sorting

You can refine the list using filtering and sorting options available in the table:

  • Filter merchants based on specific criteria such as status or associated company

  • Sort columns such as name or email to organize results

These tools help manage large volumes of merchant accounts efficiently.

Navigating Through Results

If there are many merchants in the system, the table supports pagination.

Use the navigation controls to move between pages and explore the full list of accounts.

Viewing Merchant Details

Click on any merchant in the table to open the detailed view.

The merchant detail screen provides a complete overview of the account, including:

User Profile Information

  • Unique user ID

  • Email address

  • First and last name

  • Account status (active or restricted)

  • Account creation date

  • Last login timestamp

Merchant Profile Information

  • Merchant ID

  • Associated Company (3PL tenant)

  • Contact details such as phone number and address

  • Location details including city and postal code

This information allows you to understand both the user identity and the business profile associated with the merchant.

Editing Merchant Information

From the merchant detail screen, click Edit to update account information.

You can modify fields such as:

  • Email address

  • Contact information

  • Address details

  • First and last name

  • Account status (for example, enabling or restricting access)

After making changes, save the updates to apply them to the account.

Summary

The Merchants section in the Back Office provides Super Admin users with full visibility and control over all merchant accounts. By using search, filtering, and detailed views, you can efficiently manage account information, monitor status, and ensure that each merchant is properly configured within the platform.
