How to Enable and Share the Personal Assessment Page (for Platform Users)
Once you have set up your desired configurations for your Personal Assessment (PA) page such as language, colors, and then provided a Privacy Policy URL, here’s how you can activate and share it for potential clients to submit consultations.
Step 1: Access Company Profile Settings
Go to the BeautySnap website
Log into your BeautySnap account
Click on "Settings" in the left-hand panel
Select “Company Profile” below “My Profile”
This opens your company’s profile settings.
Step 2: Locate the Personal Assessment Scripts
In the right-side panel, find the Personal Assessment section
Ensure there are two script boxes:
One contains a full script to the PA form for websites like WordPress, for example.
The other contains the embed code to place the form inside a website, which will serve as a direct link to the Personal Assessment form.
Both scripts are initially blurred for security and compliance purposes.
Step 3: Accept Terms to Enable Scripts
Check the box(es) labeled "Accept the terms and conditions" for the script(s) you want to use
Once accepted, the scripts become visible and can be copied
Step 4: Share the Form
Direct link (Script): Use this in emails, SMS, buttons, etc.
Embed code: Paste this into your company website or landing page for seamless integration
✅ Done! Your Personal Assessment page is now active and accessible to clients.
All consultations submitted through the Personal Assessment page will appear in your main dashboard under the Leads table. Each entry includes the patient’s submitted information and photos.
Simply click on a row to view the full details in a side panel.
If the consultation contains more than one photo, simply click the blue selector on the picture to scroll through.
