As a BeautySnap platform user, you can enable and distribute a Personal Assessment (PA) page for potential clients to submit consultations. Here’s how you can customize the available options for it.

Step 1: Access Company Profile Settings

1. Go to the BeautySnap website

2. Log into your BeautySnap account

3. Click on "Settings" in the left-hand panel

4. Select “Company Profile” below “My Profile”
   This opens your company’s profile settings.

Choose a Color Set for Your "Personal Assessment" Profile

This combination of colors will be applied to the Personal Assessment Form page. 

• Click the Choose Color dropdown on any set to open the color picker modal.

• Use the color and transparency bars, or enter a HEX code to select your preferred color.

• You can switch to a color palette selector by clicking the Switch Mode button.

• Once satisfied with your selection, click Apply to set the desired colors.

   

• These colors will appear on the concerns page when clients click on your provided link.

What Do the Colors Modify?

Each color selector directly affects a particular part of the Personal Assessment, as described below:

1. "iFrame Background Color": This color is applied to the frame around the entire page design.

2. "App Background Color": This color is applied to the background of the Personal Assessment.

3. "Accent Color":  This color is applied to the accent items of the page, such as header, buttons, and text containers.
   
   
   

Select a Language for Your Page

You can choose to display the Personal Assessment page in either English or Spanish. To do this, simply select your preferred language from the options located below the color selectors.

Please note:
The language you select will apply globally, meaning the Personal Assessment page will appear in that language everywhere it is made available to the public.

Save Changes

• Click Save Changes to confirm your updates. A green confirmation message will appear, confirming that your changes have been saved successfully.
