How to Connect Zapier to BeautySnap
BeautySnap supports integration with Zapier, allowing you to automate workflows and connect with hundreds of other apps. Follow this step-by-step guide to set up the connection and start using Zaps with BeautySnap.
Step 1: Access BeautySnap Integrations
Navigate to the BeautySnap webpage
The site should load without issues, displaying all expected interface elements.Log into your BeautySnap account
After logging in, you'll be taken to your main Dashboard.Open the Settings menu
From the left-hand sidebar, click on Settings. The settings page will open under the "My Profile" section.Click on the “Integrations” tab
This opens the Integrations section, which is split into:Left panel: General Integrations (e.g., GTM)
Right panel: Zapier Integration
Step 2: Connect Zapier
Click the orange "Connect" button on the Zapier panel
This will redirect you to the Zapier invite link page to authorize the connection.Log into or register for your Zapier account
Once logged in, you'll land on your Zapier dashboard, ready to create a new Zap.
Step 3: Create a New Zap
Navigate to the “Zaps” section using the left sidebar in Zapier
This opens your dashboard for all Zaps and connections.Click "Create a Zap" (top-right corner)
The Zap editor will appear where you can set your triggers and actions.
Step 4: Set Up the BeautySnap Trigger
Click on the Trigger step in the Zap setup
A menu of apps will be shown.Search for “BeautySnap” and select it
The app should appear as BeautySnap360 in the list.Verify the setup panel displays the correct fields
You’ll see:App name (BeautySnap360)
Trigger event
Account field
Choose a Trigger Event
Click the Trigger Event dropdown and select New Lead
Select your BeautySnap account
If you’ve already accepted the invitation, your account should be listed.
If not, click “Connect New Account” and follow the instructions to log in and authorize your BeautySnap360 account.
Click "Continue"
You’ll be directed to the Test Trigger step. Do not Click on the Test Trigger button yet.
Step 5: Test Your Trigger
Create a new test lead in BeautySnap
Go to the Settings in BeautySnap and copy your company’s link.
Open that link (paste it into your browser), and submit a new Personal Assessment request as a user.
Return to Zapier and click "Test Trigger"
Zapier will attempt to pull in the most recent lead from your connected account.Review the data retrieved
Zapier will display the lead information, confirming the connection works.Click Continue with selected record.
A panel with a list of apps will be displayed.
Select Microsoft Excel
Step 6: Continue Building Your Zap
From here, you can:
- Click on Action Event
- Select Add Row
3 . Click on Account and select Connect a New Account.
A new window for you to provide your Microsoft credentials will be displayed.
Please note:
To use this integration, your Excel workbook must be stored in OneDrive for Business, Sharepoint site, or Group Drive. For more information, please see this Microsoft help page.
Click Continue once you have finished the connection setup.
You will be taken to the Configure panel.
- Here, select the storage source (e.g. if you are storing the new Excel file in OneDrive)
- Under Folder, select the folder in which the file is stored.
- Select the spreadsheet you would like to use for the Leads.
- Under Worksheet, select the sheet in which the Zap will write the information.
Set up filters or conditions.
After selecting the needed Excel file, you will see now three new rows in the panel: Name, Email, Phone.
- Click on Name and select the field to be mapped from the prompt (left).
- In this case, you need to map the field First Name; so select it and it will be set into the configuration.
- If you select, for example, Concerns Name, it will take the concerns name as First Name.
- Repeat the process with Email and Phone.
Click on Continue and you will see a summary before the testing step.
Review the information and ensure it shows what you need and all the mapping items are correct.
Click on Test Step. You will see a notification informing you about the action "Sending a new row".
When it finishes, you should see a success notification, then, the Publish button will be available.

Click on Publish and you will be all set!
Make sure the status button is enabled for the zap to be active:
You’re All Set!
Once your Zap is active, new leads from BeautySnap will automatically trigger your configured action in Zapier, streamlining your workflows and saving you time.
