How to Use the Integrations Section in BeautySnap
The Integrations section in BeautySnap allows you to connect your platform with powerful third-party tools, such as Google Tag Manager and Zapier. These integrations help you enhance your analytics, streamline automation, and boost overall productivity. This guide walks you through how to access and manage integrations within your BeautySnap account.
1. Access the Integrations Section
Go to the BeautySnap webpage and log in to your account.
Once logged in, you'll be directed to the main dashboard.
In the left-hand sidebar, click on Settings.
Within the Settings area, select the "Integrations" tab.
You will now see two main panels:
Left Panel: Integrations
Right Panel: Zapier Integrations
2. Update Google Tag Manager (GTM) Integration
a. Add GTM ID
In the Integrations panel (left side), locate the field labeled Google Tag Manager ID (GTM).
Enter your GTM ID into the input field. Your entry will be visible.
b. Get Help with Your GTM ID
Next to the GTM input field, you’ll see an information icon.
Click it to be redirected to the official Google Tag Manager Help page for guidance on finding your tag ID.
c. Save Changes
The Save Changes button remains disabled until the GTM ID field is properly filled.
Once valid information is entered, the button becomes enabled.
Click Save Changes to apply your settings. A green confirmation message will appear, indicating your changes were saved successfully.
3. Connect to Zapier
a. Set Up the Zapier Integration
On the Zapier Integrations panel (right side), you'll see details on how to connect BeautySnap with third-party tools through Zapier.
Click the orange "Connect" button to be redirected to the Zapier invite link where you can authorize the integration.
b. Confirm Zapier Connection
Once the integration is successfully set up, the Connect button will change to green and display "Connected"—indicating a successful connection.
