How to Change Your Billing Plan
Changing your billing plan is easy and allows you to upgrade or modify your subscription to better suit your needs. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to change your billing plan:
1. Access the Plans and Billings Section:
Navigate to Settings: First, log in to your BeautySnap account.
Click on the Settings Option: In the left sidebar of your dashboard, select "Settings".
Select "Plans and Billings": From the settings menu, click on the "Plans and Billings" tab. This will bring up the plan and billing information section.
2. Open the Change Plan Modal:
Click the "Change Plan" Button: In the Plans and Billings section, you will see a "Change Plan" button. Click it to open a modal with different plan options on the left side.
A payment methods modal will also appear on the right side of the screen, allowing you to view and manage your payment details.
3. Review Available Plans:
Pricing Tiers on BeautySnap
Silver – $299/month:
Includes unlimited personal assessments.Gold – $399/month:
Includes all Silver features, plus:UI customization: users can change the colors of the Personal Assessment tool through the settings panel.
Spanish language support for the Personal Assessment page.
Platinum – Custom pricing or higher tier:
Includes all Silver features, plus:Zapier integration for automated workflows with third-party tools.
Selecting a Plan
Review the available plans and select the plan that best fits your needs.
Confirm your action in the displayed modal
You will be redirected back to the Plans and Billings section, where the left side panel will now display the selected plan and its corresponding monthly fee.
When you upgrade or downgrade your plan, BeautySnap will calculate the prorated amount at that moment based on the time remaining in your current billing cycle and the cost of your new plan. This ensures you only pay for what you use during the transition.
You will see the updated charge or credit reflected in your Stripe billing portal upon confirmation of the plan change.
Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan
Users can upgrade or downgrade their subscription at any time through Stripe’s hosted billing portal, ensuring flexibility as your business needs change.
When downgrading to a lower tier:
If moving from Gold or Platinum to Silver:
The Personal Assessment page will revert to the default colors without UI customization.
The Spanish language option will no longer be available; the Personal Assessment page will display in English only.
If moving from Platinum to Gold or Silver:
Zapier integration will no longer be available.
Your existing assessments and lead data will remain accessible in your account, but features tied to the higher tier will be disabled automatically upon downgrading.
By following these steps, you can easily switch between available billing plans, ensuring that you have the plan that best fits your needs and budget.
