How to Change Your Payment Method
Changing your payment method in BeautySnap is a straightforward process. Follow the steps below to update your payment details.
1. Access the Plans and Billings Section
Log in to your BeautySnap account.
Click on the 'Settings' option in the left sidebar.
In the settings menu, select the 'Plans and Billings' tab. This will open the Plans and Billings section.
2. Open the Payment Method Modal
In the 'Plans and Billings' section, you will see the current payment method displayed, including details like the card's last digits, expiration date, and the registered email.
Click on the 'Change payment method' button located next to the payment details.
3. Enter New Payment Method Information
A modal will open, displaying options for your new payment method.
In the 'Payment Method' panel, you will see your current card information and the 'Current payment method' label in green.
To add a new payment method, scroll to the 'New Payment Method' section. Here you will need to provide the following details:
Card Number
Expiration Date and CVC
Cardholder's Name
ZIP Code
Country (with a dropdown to select 'United States' or 'Canada')
4. Enter Your New Payment Details
Input the valid card number, expiration date, and CVC code.
Type the cardholder's name in the appropriate field.
Select your country from the dropdown menu (either United States or Canada).
Enter your ZIP code in the provided field.
5. Add the New Payment Method
Once you've entered all the required details, click the 'Add Card' button.
The system will validate your information, and you will be redirected back to the 'Plans and Billings' section.
6. Verify the Update
After successfully adding your new payment method, check the payment method panel to ensure the updated card details (last digits, expiration date, and registered email) are accurately displayed.
By following these steps, you can easily update your payment method and ensure that your account remains up to date.
