Plans and Billings Section - BeautySnap 

The Plans and Billings section allows you to manage your subscription plan, update payment information, and review your billing history. Follow these instructions to navigate and utilize the features available in this section:

Accessing the Plans and Billings Section:

1. Log in to Your Account: Start by logging into your BeautySnap account. Once logged in, you will be directed to the main dashboard.

2. Navigate to Settings: On the left sidebar, select the "Settings" option.

3. Select Plans and Billings: Click on the "Plans and Billings" tab in the settings menu. This will bring up the relevant information regarding your plan, payment method, and billing history.

Managing Your Plan:

• In the Plans and Billings section, you may see a message indicating "No Plan Available" if you haven’t selected a plan yet. If you wish to change or select a new plan, click the "Change plan" button.

Payment Method Information:

• On the right side of the modal, you will find information related to your payment method, including:

  • Last four digits of the card number

  • Expiration date

  • Registered email address

  • A "Change payment method" button to update your payment details

    
    

Billing History:

• Below the payment information, you will see the Billing History section. This contains a table with the following columns:

  • Invoice: Displays the invoice title as Invoice [date]. There will be a PDF icon next to each invoice.

  • Billing Date: Shows the date the billing was processed (e.g., Mar 11, 2025).

  • Amount: Displays the billed amount in currency format (e.g., $99.99).

  • Plan: Indicates the plan associated with the invoice.

  • Download: A Download button is provided to download individual invoices.

• You can also use a checkbox to select multiple invoices for download. A "Download All" button is available for bulk downloads of all invoices.

Downloading Invoices:

1. To download a single invoice, click the Download button next to the invoice.

2. To download multiple invoices, tick the checkboxes for the invoices you want, and then click the Download button.

3. To download all invoices in your billing history, click the Download All button.

Pagination:

• The billing history table includes pagination controls to navigate through multiple pages of invoices. This allows you to view invoices from different time periods or plans.

By following these steps, you can effectively manage your BeautySnap subscription, update your payment details, and download your billing records when needed.
