From the dashboard, navigate to Packages or select Upgrade Plan in the top navigation.
The Pricing Page displays all available plans, along with features, pricing, and action buttons for Purchase Now.
You will see that the button for RFP Generator shows that you have already been credited with a free package.
Package Price Behavior Summary RFP Generator Free Generates only 1 RFP document. All other generate buttons redirect to “Complete Documentation” purchase page. Complete Documentation $199 Full access to documentation tools, positioned as expert-led and investor-ready. Standard flow. 3. Using the Free Plan (RFP Generator)
Navigate to Product Definitions from the top header. If no definitions exist yet, the screen will display an empty list with the option to create a new definition.
Click Create Definition and select the RFP Package. The guided questionnaire opens.
Answer the questions to begin defining your product. Each free plan credit allows you to generate one RFP document.
Once the free credit is used, options to create additional definitions will redirect you to the Pricing Page so you can upgrade or purchase a package.
4. Purchasing Packages
To purchase a package:
On the Pricing Page, click Purchase Now for the desired plan.
You are redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page where you can enter payment details.
Review the order summary to ensure it matches your selected plan.
Adjust quantity using the + and – buttons if available.
Select Back to Plans to return, or complete the purchase to continue.
After successful payment, you are redirected to the dashboard with a confirmation message, and your account is credited with the purchased plan.
Complete Documentation ($199)
Grants access to all premium documentation features such as Investor Pitch Deck, OpenAPI Specification, and Technical Documentation.
After purchase, the plan appears in your Active Packages list. When you create a Product Definition using this package, the credit decreases accordingly.
Development Week $3,999 (40 Hours)
Provides 40 development hours with a dedicated developer.
Features include progress reports, code review, direct communication, and MVP development.
After purchase, your account is credited with both the package and 40 available hours.
Development Hours $450 (10 Hours)
Adds 10 development hours to your account with flexible usage.
Hours can be used at any time.
5. Creating Product Definitions After Purchase
From the top header, click Product Definitions.
Select Create Definition and choose the package you purchased (e.g., Complete Documentation).
Fill out the questionnaire. Your responses are saved if you leave before finishing, and you can resume later.
When you open the questionnaire, the package credit or development hours are reduced accordingly.
6. Error Handling During Purchases
If payment fields are left blank or invalid card details are entered, the system displays an error message.
Expired cards cannot be used; the checkout will prompt you to try again.
For new accounts without any plans, the Pricing Page will indicate zero active packages and hours.
Free plan users cannot access premium packages (such as Complete Documentation) without upgrading.
Development Hours are a one-time purchase. Once bought, you must use the hours before buying the same package again.
8. Summary
Free users can create one RFP definition at no cost.
Paid plans unlock advanced features, full documentation sets, or developer hours.
Package usage and hours are always visible from the Pricing Page and decrease when used.
Secure payments are processed through Stripe, and errors are clearly communicated if a transaction cannot be completed.
