2. Navigating to the Pricing Page
To explore and purchase additional packages:
From the Dashboard, click Packages or Upgrade Plan.
The Pricing Page opens, showing all available plans.
Review the plan descriptions and choose the one that best matches your needs.
3. Purchasing a Package
On the Pricing Page, select the plan you want and click Purchase Now.
You will be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page.
On the checkout page, review the order summary to confirm that it matches your selected plan.
Enter your payment details. You can adjust the quantity if applicable using the “+” or “–” buttons.
If you change your mind, select Back to Plans to return to the Pricing Page without completing the purchase.
Once payment is submitted successfully, Stripe will redirect you back to Sprintline.
4. After Payment Confirmation
A confirmation message will appear on your Dashboard.
Your new package is now visible under Purchased Packages, which is a historic of the purchased packages for the account.
Depending on the plan purchased, your available credits or development hours will be updated.
You can now start creating new Product Definitions using your newly unlocked package.
Examples:
Complete Documentation package allows you to select this option when creating a new Product Definition.
Development Week credits you with 40 developer hours.
Development Hours package credits you with 10 additional developer hours.
5. Error Handling and Declined Payments
If your payment cannot be processed:
Using blank or invalid card details will display an error message and request corrections.
Using an expired card will result in a failed payment notification.
In all cases, you can reattempt the purchase with valid details.
6. Free Package Limitation
Each new user account automatically includes 1 Free RFP Package.
Free plan users cannot access premium options such as Complete Documentation, Development Week, or Development Hours unless a purchase is made.
If you try to select these premium options with only the free plan, Sprintline will redirect you back to the Packages page.
