Sprintline Dashboard and Questionnaire Guide

Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is the central space where you can view and manage your Product Definitions (PDs). Depending on your account activity, the dashboard displays your PDs in a card/list layout or shows a message if no PDs exist yet.


Users with No Product Definitions

  • When you log in for the first time, the dashboard displays the message: “You haven’t created a product definition yet. Get started below.”

  • A Start New Brand button is available. Click this button to begin creating your first Product Definition.

  • If you do not have any purchased packages, selecting premium options will redirect you to the Packages page.

Users with One or More Product Definitions

  • If you already have PDs, the dashboard lists them in card format.

  • Each PD card displays its current status (e.g., Finished or In Progress).

  • You can select a PD to open its details and view related documents or continue working on it.

Users with “In Progress” Product Definitions

  • If you left a questionnaire unfinished, its PD card will show the status In Progress.

  • You can click on this PD to continue the questionnaire exactly where you left off.

  • Options to generate documents (Pitch, OpenAPI, Lovable) are disabled for unfinished PDs. These become available only when the questionnaire is completed.

Completed Product Definitions

  • Once a questionnaire is finished, the PD appears with a Finished status.

  • From the PD details screen, you can:

    • Download the generated RFP Document.

    • For premium users, generate additional documents such as Pitch Deck, OpenAPI Specification, or Lovable Prompt.

  • Free users attempting to access premium documents are redirected to the Packages page to complete a purchase.

Network or Loading Issues

  • In rare cases, if the dashboard cannot load, the system will display the message: “Failed to load your brands. Please try again later.”

  • This indicates a temporary issue; refreshing or returning later usually resolves it.


Questionnaire Flow

The Questionnaire is how you create a Product Definition. It guides you step by step, asking questions about your product or idea.

Starting a Questionnaire

  1. From the Dashboard, click Start New Brand or Create a Product Definition.

  2. A modal window appears with available package options.

    • New users are credited with a Free RFP Package and can start immediately.

    • Users with purchased packages can select Complete Documentation or other available plans.

Progressing Through the Questionnaire

  • The questionnaire is displayed with a progress bar at the top, showing your current step.

  • Questions appear one by one; provide your answers and move forward using the Continue button.

  • Your answers are automatically saved. If you leave before finishing, you can return later and resume from where you left off.

Completing the Questionnaire

  • When you reach the end, the system generates:

    • Free RFP Package users can generate only the RFP Document.

    • Complete Documentation users can generate the RFP Document plus premium options (Pitch, OpenAPI, Lovable).

  • The system generates the selected document(s) and makes them available for download in the PD details screen.


Premium Options and Upgrades

  • If you are on a free plan and try to generate Pitch, OpenAPI, or Lovable, the platform redirects you to the Packages page.

  • After purchasing a package, you can return to your PD and unlock these premium features.
