Pricing Plans

BrandHub offers different subscription packages, each designed to provide specific tools and access levels. The following table shows the available plans, their prices, and what each one includes.

How to Access Packages

1. Log in to your BrandHub account.

2. From the main dashboard, click on Packages.

3. The page will display all available plans with their prices and descriptions.

4. To continue, click the Purchase button on the plan you want.

5. You will be redirected to Stripe checkout to complete your payment.

6. After a successful purchase, you will return to the dashboard with access to the features of your selected plan.

Using the StaFree Plan

• When creating a new brand under StaFree, the system will automatically skip the “Do you already have a name?” question.

• You will still receive AI-generated name options.

• The branding kit and logos are not available in StaFree. Instead, you will see an Upgrade button.

• After using the free session once, the StaFree option will be disabled and the system will show a message that the free credit has already been used.

Using the Starter Plan

• Purchase the Starter plan from the Packages page.

• After checkout, you will see a confirmation message and gain access to the Starter features.

• When creating a new brand, you will go through the full AI branding questionnaire, including the “Do you already have a name?” step.

• Completing the process will give you 3 logos, name options, and a full brand kit available for download.

Using Growth, Pro, and One Shot Plans

• Purchase any of these plans from the Packages page.

• After checkout, you will return to your dashboard with a confirmation of your purchase.

• A HubSpot deal will be automatically created with details of your plan, hours, and user information.

• Growth and Pro plans also include everything from Starter (logos, names, brand kit).

• The One Shot plan only includes consulting hours and does not provide a branding session.

Upgrading from StaFree to Starter

• If you started with StaFree, you will see the Upgrade button on your brand details page.

• Clicking Upgrade will take you back to the Packages page where you can purchase Starter.

• After payment, you will gain access to the full branding kit and logos, replacing the Upgrade button.

Error Handling During Payment

• If you try to purchase with blank fields, the system will display an error message.

• If you enter invalid card information, the system will display an error message.

• If you use an expired card, the system will show “Failed to initiate payment. Please try again.”
