Buying Packages in BrandHub with Stripe

The Pricing Page in BrandHub allows users to purchase packages that unlock different branding features. Payments are handled securely through Stripe, giving you access to free, starter, and premium options depending on your needs.

Available Plans

Accessing the Pricing Page

1. From the Dashboard, click on Buy Packages. 

2. The Pricing Page displays all available packages with their descriptions and prices.

3. Each package has a Purchase Now button that takes you to a secure Stripe checkout page.

Purchasing a Plan

Starter Plan

• Click Purchase Now on the Starter package.

• You are redirected to the Stripe checkout page where you can confirm the order and complete payment.

• Once payment is successful, you are redirected back to the dashboard with a confirmation message.

• When you start a new brand, the Starter option will now be enabled, allowing you to begin the questionnaire.

Growth Plan

• Click Purchase Now on the Growth package.

• Complete the checkout process in Stripe.

• After purchase, the Growth option is enabled when starting a new brand.

• In addition to branding, your Growth package also includes 10 consulting hours, and a HubSpot deal is automatically created with your purchase details.

Pro Plan

• Click Purchase Now on the Pro package.

• Complete the checkout process in Stripe.

• After payment, the Pro option is enabled when starting a new brand.

• This plan provides 20+ consulting hours, and a HubSpot deal is automatically created.

One Shot Plan

• Click Purchase Now on the One Shot package.

• Complete the Stripe checkout process.

• You will receive 10 consulting hours but this package does not create a branding session.

• A HubSpot deal is automatically created to record the purchase details.

Using Your Plans in the Dashboard

• After purchasing a package, go to your Dashboard and click New Brand.

• A modal will open, showing which plans are available to use.

• If you already consumed your StaFree credit, the button will show as Purchased and disabled.

• Premium packages (Starter, Growth, Pro) will remain enabled as long as they are available.

• Once all packages are used, the New Brand button is replaced with Buy Packages.

Multiple Purchases

• You can purchase more than one plan.

• Each time you complete a payment, a confirmation message will appear, and your available packages will update on the dashboard.

• When starting a new brand, you can select from any unused plans until they run out.

Payment Errors

If something goes wrong during checkout:

• Leaving fields blank or entering invalid card details will show an error message asking you to correct the information.

• Expired cards or failed transactions will show: “Failed to initiate payment. Please try again.”
