BrandHub Questionnaire Workflow

The BrandHub questionnaire is the guided workflow that helps you create a new brand step by step. Depending on whether you already have a project name and logo or not, the questionnaire adapts to collect only the information you need to provide. Below you will find the three possible paths.

Flow 1 – User Has a Project Name and a Logo

1. Navigate to the BrandHub Dashboard and start a new branding session.
   The questionnaire intro screen appears.

2. When asked “Before we begin, do you already have a name or logo for your project?”, select Yes.
   The question to provide your project name appears.

3. Enter your project name and click Next.
   The system asks “Do you already have a logo you’d like to use?”

4. Select Yes and upload your logo file.
   A preview of your uploaded logo is displayed. Supported formats are PNG and SVG.

5. Continue through the remaining questions to complete the session.

6. At the end of the questionnaire, a Finalize button appears. Select Finalize to finish.

7. The Details screen is displayed with your brand’s asset container.

8. Returning to the dashboard, you will now see your project name and uploaded logo listed.

Flow 2 – User Has a Project Name but No Logo

1. Navigate to the BrandHub Dashboard and start a new branding session. If necessary, purchase a package to begin.
   The questionnaire intro screen appears.

2. When asked “Before we begin, do you already have a name or logo for your project?”, select Yes.
   The question to provide your project name appears.

3. Enter your project name and click Next.
   The system asks “Do you already have a logo you’d like to use?”

4. Select No.
   You are then asked “How would you describe your project in a few words?”

5. Enter a short description of your project.

6. Continue through the remaining questions. By the end of the session, BrandHub generates a list of logos for you.

7. Choose a logo from the provided options.

8. Select Finalize when prompted.

9. The Details screen is displayed with your asset container.

10. Returning to the dashboard, you will now see your project name along with the logo you selected.

Flow 3 – User Has No Project Name and No Logo

1. Navigate to the BrandHub Dashboard and start a new branding session. If necessary, purchase a package to begin.
   The questionnaire intro screen appears.

2. When asked “Before we begin, do you already have a name or logo for your project?”, select No.
   The system asks “How would you describe your project in a few words?”

3. Enter a short description of your project.

4. Continue through the remaining questions. By the end of the session, BrandHub generates a list of project names for you.

5. Select a project name from the generated list.
   Once a name is selected, the system moves forward to generate logos.

6. A list of logo options is displayed. Select the logo that best represents your project.

7. Select Finalize when prompted.

8. The Details screen is displayed with your asset container.

9. Returning to the dashboard, you will now see both the chosen project name and logo listed.
