BrandHub – Creating a New Brand

User Guide

Introduction

BrandHub provides an interactive questionnaire to help you create a complete brand identity, whether you already have a project name, a logo, both, or neither.

This guide explains the step-by-step process to create a new brand using BrandHub, including how the conversation works, what information you need to provide, and how your final brand assets will be delivered.

Accessing the Brand Creation Flow

1. Log in to your BrandHub account.

2. Navigate to the Dashboard.

3. Select Start New Branding Session.

4. If necessary, purchase a new package to continue.

5. The Questionnaire Intro Screen will appear.

Flow 1 – You Already Have a Project Name and a Logo

Steps

1. On the intro screen, answer "Yes" to:
   Before we begin, do you already have a name or logo for your project?

2. Enter your existing project name and click Next.

3. Answer "Yes" to:
   Do you already have a logo you’d like to use?

4. The logo upload field will appear. Select and upload your logo file (supported formats: PNG, SVG).

5. Follow the remaining questionnaire prompts to complete your brand setup.

6. When prompted, click Finalize to confirm.

7. The Details screen will display, showing your brand’s asset container.

8. Click on Download Assets or Download Brand Kit to access to the generated kit.

9. Return to the Dashboard to see your project name and uploaded logo displayed.

Flow 2 – You Have a Project Name but No Logo

Steps

1. On the intro screen, answer "Yes" to:
   Before we begin, do you already have a name or logo for your project?

2. Enter your existing project name and click Next.

3. Answer "No" to:
   Do you already have a logo you’d like to use?

4. Enter a short description of your project and click Next.

5. BrandHub will generate a set of logos based on your description.

6. Choose one logo from the generated options.

7. When prompted, click Finalize to confirm.

8. The Details screen will display, showing your brand’s asset container.

9. Return to the Dashboard to see your project name and selected logo displayed.

Flow 3 – You Have No Project Name and No Logo

Steps

1. On the intro screen, answer "No" to:
   Before we begin, do you already have a name or logo for your project?

2. Enter a short description of your project and click Next.

3. BrandHub will generate a list of suggested project names.

4. Select one of the suggested names to continue.

5. BrandHub will then generate a set of logos based on the chosen name and description.

6. Choose one logo from the generated options.

7. When prompted, click Finalize to confirm.

8. The Details screen will display, showing your brand’s asset container.

9. Return to the Dashboard to see your selected project name and logo displayed.

Final Deliverables

Upon completing any of the flows above, you will receive:

• Details Screen and Brand Kit: Contains your brand’s asset container, including logo files and related materials.

• Dashboard Update: Displays your final project name and selected or uploaded logo for quick reference.
