Managing the Shipping Section in 3PLICITY

Overview

The Shipping section in 3PLICITY is used by 3PL companies to manage orders that have already been shipped and are currently in transit or under post-shipping management.

This section allows operational teams to:

  • Monitor shipped orders
  • Track delivery progress
  • Mark shipments as Delivered
  • Mark shipments as Completed
  • Report shipping incidences or delivery problems
  • Maintain shipment history and operational traceability

The Shipping section centralizes all outbound shipment management after orders leave the warehouse.

Accessing the Shipping Section

  1. Log in to 3PLICITY using a Company account.
  2. From the left navigation menu, click Shipping.

The Shipping management screen opens with the In Progress tab selected by default.

Understanding the Shipping Menus

The Shipping section is divided into three operational views:

  • In Progress
  • Delivered
  • Incidence

Each section provides different stages of shipment management.

In Progress Orders

The In Progress section displays orders that have already been shipped but are still moving through the delivery process.

Each order entry includes:

  • Order Number
  • Customer Email
  • Shipment Status
  • Total Amount
  • Shipment Date
  • Selection Checkbox

Users can:

  • Open shipment details
  • Filter shipment information
  • Sort shipment records
  • Mark shipments as Delivered
  • Report shipment incidences

Delivered Orders

The Delivered section stores shipments that were successfully delivered to the customer destination.

This section acts as an intermediate operational state before final order completion.

Delivered orders remain available for:

  • Final confirmation workflows
  • Operational review
  • Customer support tracking
  • Completion processing

Incidence Orders

The Incidence section contains shipments that experienced operational or delivery issues.

This section helps logistics teams manage:

  • Damaged shipments
  • Delivery problems
  • Lost packages
  • Customer delivery disputes
  • Return workflows

Orders marked as incidences include the reported reason for operational visibility and auditing.

Viewing Shipment Details

Users can open any shipment entry from:

  • In Progress
  • Delivered
  • Incidence

The Order Details screen includes:

  • Shipment information
  • Customer information
  • Tracking details
  • Product information
  • Activity logs
  • Incidence details (if applicable)

This information helps operations teams manage post-shipping workflows efficiently.
