Managing Orders in the "Manage Orders" Section
Overview
The Manage Orders section in 3PLICITY is used by 3PL companies to manage orders that have already completed the packing and fulfillment process and are currently marked as Ready to Send.
From this section, warehouse and logistics teams can:
- Review ready-to-send orders
- Access order details
- Send fulfilled orders
- Cancel orders before shipment
- Manage multiple shipments in bulk
This section centralizes outbound shipping operations before orders are officially marked as shipped.
Accessing the Manage Orders Section
- Log in to 3PLICITY using a Company account.
- From the left navigation menu, click Sales Orders.
- Select Manage Orders.
The screen displays all orders currently marked as Ready to Send.
Understanding the Manage Orders Table
The Ready to Send table provides operational visibility into outbound orders waiting to be shipped.
Each order entry includes:
- Order Number
- Customer Email
- Status
- Total Amount
- Date
- Selection Checkbox
Users can:
- Sort orders by column
- Filter order information
- Select individual or multiple orders
- Open order details for review
Viewing Order Details
To review a specific order:
- Click any order entry from the table.
The Order Details screen displays operational information including:
- Order ID
- Customer information
- Shipping information
- Packed line items
- Shipping status
- Tracking details
- Activity log
This screen provides the final review before shipping or cancellation.
Reviewing Order History
The top menu selector allows users to switch between:
- Manage Orders
- Orders
Selecting Orders displays the historical list of all processed sales orders in the system, including:
- Pending
- Approved
- Ready to Send
- Shipped
- Cancelled
This section serves as a centralized order history for operational tracking and auditing.
