Sending a Fulfilled Order

Overview

Once an order has been packed, labeled, and marked as Ready to Send, the 3PL company can officially ship the order from the Manage Orders section.

Sending the order moves it into the Shipped status and finalizes the fulfillment workflow.


Sending a Single Order

  1. Navigate to Sales Orders > Manage Orders.
  2. Locate the desired Ready to Send order.
  3. Select the checkbox next to the order.
  4. Click Send below the table.
  5. Review the confirmation modal.
  6. Click Confirm.

The order is processed and moved to the Shipped section.


Accessing Shipped Orders

  1. From the left navigation menu, click Shipped.

The Shipped section displays all completed outbound shipments.

Each entry includes:

  • Order Number
  • Customer Email
  • Shipment Status
  • Total Amount
  • Shipment Date

Users can open any shipped order to review:

  • Shipping details
  • Tracking information
  • Fulfillment history
  • Activity logs

Bulk Sending Fulfilled Orders

Overview

The bulk send feature allows warehouse teams to process multiple ready-to-send orders simultaneously, improving operational efficiency during high shipment volumes.


Sending Multiple Orders at Once

  1. Navigate to Sales Orders > Manage Orders.
  2. Select the checkboxes for all desired Ready to Send orders.
  3. Click Send below the table.
  4. Review the confirmation modal.
  5. Click Confirm.

All selected orders are processed together and moved to the Shipped section.


Reviewing Bulk Processed Orders

After processing:

  1. Navigate to the Shipped section.
  2. Review the newly shipped orders.

Users can open individual entries to review shipment information, tracking details, and fulfillment history for each order.
