Cancelling a Single Order from the Manage Orders Table

Overview

Orders that are still in the Ready to Send stage can be cancelled before shipment.

When an order is cancelled:

  • The shipment process stops
  • The order is moved to the Cancelled section
  • The cancellation becomes visible for both the Company and Merchant
  • A cancellation reason is stored for operational reference

Cancelling a Single Ready to Send Order

  1. Navigate to Sales Orders > Manage Orders.
  2. Select the checkbox for the order you want to cancel.
  3. Click Bulk Cancel below the table.
  4. A cancellation modal appears.
  5. Enter the cancellation reason.

The reason helps communicate the issue to the merchant and preserves operational traceability.

  1. Click Confirm.

The order is immediately moved to the Cancelled section for both the Company and Merchant accounts.


Bulk Cancelling Orders from the Manage Orders Table

Overview

The bulk cancellation feature allows operational teams to cancel multiple Ready to Send orders simultaneously when necessary.

This is commonly used for:

  • Inventory issues
  • Shipping restrictions
  • Carrier problems
  • Merchant requests
  • Warehouse exceptions

Cancelling Multiple Orders at Once

  1. Navigate to Sales Orders > Manage Orders.
  2. Select the checkboxes for all orders to cancel.
  3. Click Bulk Cancel below the table.
  4. Enter the cancellation reason.

Providing a reason ensures clear communication and proper audit tracking.

  1. Click Confirm.

All selected orders are cancelled and moved to the Cancelled section for both the Company and Merchant.


Operational Notes

  • Only orders in the Ready to Send stage can be managed from this section.
  • Sending an order finalizes the shipment workflow.
  • Cancelled orders remain available for historical tracking and auditing.
  • Bulk actions help streamline warehouse operations during high-volume fulfillment periods.
  • All order actions are recorded in the activity log for operational visibility and traceability.
