Inviting a Merchant from the Company Dashboard in 3PLICITY

3PLICITY allows Company users (3PL) to invite merchants directly from the Dashboard. This process enables you to onboard customers efficiently and track their registration status in real time.


Accessing the Customers Section

  1. Log in to 3PLICITY using your Company (3PL) credentials.
  2. From the left-hand navigation panel, click on Customers.

The Customers section displays a table with your current and invited merchants, including details such as name, email, phone, location, and status.


Adding a New Merchant

  1. Click the Add Customer button.
  2. A form will appear where you can enter the merchant’s details.
  3. Enter the following information:
    • Merchant Name
    • Email Address
  4. Click Add Merchant to confirm.

The system will add the merchant to your customer list and send an invitation email to the provided address.


Managing Invited Merchants

  • Once added, the merchant appears in the Customers table.
  • The Status column shows the current stage of the invitation:
    • Pending – The invitation has been sent, but the merchant has not yet completed registration.
    • Active – The merchant has accepted the invitation and completed their account setup.

Merchant Experience After Invitation

  1. The invited merchant receives an email containing an “Accept Invitation” link.
  2. By clicking the link, the merchant is redirected to the 3PLICITY Merchant Sign Up page.
  3. The merchant completes the registration form and submits their details.

Once the process is completed, the merchant gains access to the platform to proceed with the onboarding process.


Status Update After Registration

After the merchant finishes the sign-up process:

  • Return to the Customers section from the Dashboard.
  • Locate the merchant in the table.
  • The Status will update automatically from Pending to Active, confirming that the account is fully set up.
