Resetting Your Password in 3PLICITY

If you forget your password or need to update it for security reasons, 3PLICITY allows you to reset it quickly through the Forgot Password feature. This process ensures that you can safely regain access to your account.


How to Reset Your Password

  1. Go to the Login Page
    Navigate to the 3PLICITY main page and click on the Forgot Password link below the login form.

  2. Enter Your Email
    In the reset form, type the email address associated with your 3PLICITY account.

  3. Send Reset Request
    Click Send Reset Email. The system will send an email with a reset link to the provided address.

  4. Check Your Email
    Open your email inbox and look for the message from 3PLICITY.

    • If needed, you can use the Try Different Email option on the reset page to submit another address.

    • You can also return to the login screen using the Back to Login button.

  5. Access the Reset Form
    Click the reset link provided in the email. This will redirect you to a secure page where you can create a new password.

  6. Create a New Password

    • Enter your new password and confirm it by typing it again.

    • Make sure it meets the password criteria displayed on the form.

  7. Confirm the Reset
    Click Reset Password. A confirmation message will appear once the change has been applied.

  8. Return to Login
    Use the Continue to Login button to go back to the login form.

  9. Log in with Your New Password
    Enter your email and new password to access your 3PLICITY dashboard.


Error Handling

During the reset process, you may encounter errors in the following situations:

  • Attempting to send the reset request with empty fields.

  • Entering an invalid email format.

  • Entering an email that is not registered in the system.

  • Providing a password that does not meet the security criteria.

  • Entering non-matching passwords.

  • Attempting to log in with your old password after a successful reset.

In all these cases, the system will display an explanatory error message, and you will be able to try again.
