Resetting Your Password on BeautySnap

If you've forgotten your password, no worries — resetting it is quick and easy. Just follow these steps to regain access to your account.

Step 1: Go to the BeautySnap Main Page

Navigate to the main page of BeautySnap to start the recovery process.

Step 2: Access the Password Recovery Page

Click on the "Forgot password? Click here" link located on the login screen. You’ll be redirected to the password recovery page.

Step 3: Submit Your Registered Email

• Enter your registered email address into the email field.

  
  

• Once a valid format is detected, the Send Request button will become active.

• Click Send Request to continue.
  
  

  Attention:

• If you have not previously confirmed your e-mail, the reset request will not be functional.

• It is required that you confirm your e-mail as soon as you register.
  
  

Step 4: Check Your Email

You’ll see a confirmation message: "Email sent!"

Check your email inbox for a password recovery message. The email will contain a recovery link.

Step 5: Open the Recovery Link

Click the recovery link provided in the email. This will take you to the password reset page.

Step 6: Create a New Password

• Enter a valid new password in the first field.

• Enter the same password again in the confirmation field.

• Once both fields match and meet criteria, the Save button becomes active.

Click Save to submit your new password.

Step 7: Confirmation and Login

• After a successful reset, a message will appear: "Password reset!"

• A Log In button will also be displayed. Click it to return to the login page.

• Log in using your new password to access your dashboard.

Important Notes

• If you enter an invalid email or use the wrong format (missing @, incorrect domain, etc.), the system will prompt you with an error.

• If the email field is left blank, the Send Request button remains disabled.

• If the passwords don't match or don't meet the required criteria, the system will also display an error.

Once your password is successfully reset, you’re ready to log back in and continue using BeautySnap!
