User's Guide for Recovering Your Password on PopBookings

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Navigate to the Staff Website

   • Open the main PopBookings website.
   • The Log In page will be displayed.

2. Access the Password Recovery Option

   • Click on the Forgot Password link.
   • The Forgot Password view will be displayed.

3. Request a Password Reset

   • Provide the registered email address associated with your account.
   • Click on the Reset Password button.
   • A confirmation window will notify you that password recovery instructions have been sent to your email.

4. Resend the Email (If Needed)

   • Click Re-send Email if you did not receive the initial email.
   • A new email will be sent to the registered account.

5. Verify Email Arrival

   • Check your email inbox for a message with instructions to reset your password.

6. Reset Your Password

   • Click the link provided in the email to open the password reset page.
   • Enter your new password in both fields to ensure they match.
   • Submit the form.

7. Log In with the New Password

   • Once your new password is set, you will be redirected to the Log In page.
   • Use your updated password to log in.
   • If successful, you will be taken to the main page.
