User's Guide for Sign-Up Process on PopBookings

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Navigate to the Staff Website

   • Access the main website for staff.
   • The Log In page will be displayed.

2. Create an Account

   • Click on the Create Account button.
   • The sign-up form will appear under the Work tab.

3. Enter Personal Information

   • Type your First Name: Ensure it is valid.
   • Type your Last Name: Ensure it is valid.
   • Enter your Email Address: Provide a valid email account.
   • Create a Password: Must be at least 8 characters long.

4. Submit Information

   • Click Create Account.
   • The system will validate your input, and a notification will confirm that a verification email has been sent.

5. Verify Email

   • Click Re-send email if you need the verification email again.
   • Check your inbox to ensure the email has arrived.
   • Click the verification link in the email to finalize your account setup.

6. Mobile Device Verification (Step 1 of 6)

   • Verify the page header shows: "Ok, [username], let's verify your mobile device".
   • Select your country from the dropdown menu.
   • Enter your phone number and click Next.

7. Date of Birth and Gender (Step 2 of 6)

   • Enter a valid date of birth.
   • Select your gender (Male, Female, Other).
   • Click Next to proceed.

8. Skills Selection (Step 3 of 6)

   • Enter a skill in the "Enter a skill or position" field.
   • Select a suggested skill or refine your input if no match is found.
   • Add up to six skills and click Next.

9. Profile Picture (Step 4 of 6)

   • Upload a photo by clicking the camera button.
   • Use the menu options to set a profile picture or delete unwanted images.
   • Add additional photos as needed and click Next.

10. Address Details (Step 5 of 6)

    • Enter your street address. Suggestions will appear automatically.
    • Select or manually edit fields for city, state, zip code, and country.
    • Click Next to proceed.

11. Finalize Account Setup

    • Upon completing all steps, you will be directed to the main page with a welcome banner.
    • Explore the My Profile or Agency sections as needed.

Error Notifications

• Invalid First or Last Name: The system will notify you to correct the input.
• Invalid Email: The system will prompt you to enter a valid email.
• Invalid Password: A message will appear requiring at least 8 characters.
• Invalid Date of Birth: An error will prompt you to input a valid DOB.
