Sprintline – How to Reset Your Password

This guide explains how users can reset their password in Sprintline if they’ve forgotten it or simply wish to create a new one. The process is quick and guided step by step through the platform and email.

Steps to Request a Password Reset

  1. Go to the Sprintline main page
    Open your browser and visit the official Sprintline website.

  2. Access the Password Reset screen

    • In the login form, click “Forgot Password?”

    • You will be redirected to the password reset screen.

  3. Enter your email address
    In the password reset form, type the email address associated with your BrandHub account.
    The “Send Reset Link” button will remain disabled until the email is entered.

  4. Click “Send Reset Link”

    The email includes a link to reset your password. Click the link to continue.

  3. You are redirected to the password reset screen
    A new screen will open with fields to enter and confirm your new password.
