Sprintline– How to Create an Account

This guide explains how new users can create an account on the Sprintline platform. The process is simple and guided through the interface, allowing users to start using the platform quickly.

Steps to Create a Sprintline Account

1. Go to the Sprintline main page
   Open your browser and visit the official Sprintline website.
    

2. Access the Sign Up form
   On the Sign In form, select the “Sign Up” option on the bottom to go to the account creation page.
   
   

3. Fill in your personal information
   You will see fields to enter the following:

   • First Name

   • Last Name

   • Email Address

   • Password

4. Create a secure password
   As you type your password, the system will guide you by showing which security requirements are met. Continue typing until all conditions are fulfilled.
   
   

5. Optional: Show or hide password
   You can click the eye icon to show or hide your password while typing.

6. Click on the Terms of Service box and select “Create Account”
   Once all fields are completed and the box is checked, click the “Create Account” button.
   The system will begin creating your account.
   
   

7. Wait for confirmation and enjoy a Free Bonus
   After a few moments, you’ll be redirected to your dashboard.
   A message will briefly appear confirming that your account was created successfully.Bonus: When you complete your registration, your account will automatically include one free RFP package so you are able to create a Product Definition right away.
   You can view this package in the Active Packages section of your dashboard.
   
   

8. Log out when needed
   To log out, click your avatar in the top-right corner and select “Log Out” from the menu.

Common Issues During Sign Up

• Missing information: All fields must be completed before you can create an account.

• Invalid characters: First and last names should contain only letters.

• Invalid email: Make sure your email is correctly formatted (e.g., name@example.com).

• Email already in use: You cannot register with an email that’s already linked to another account.

• Password requirements not met: Follow the password guidelines shown while typing.

• Terms and Conditions not accepted: You must check the box before continuing.
