3plicity – Sign In Process

This section describes how to access and use the Sign In functionality in the 3plicity platform. It is intended to guide users step-by-step through the login flow and explain how access roles work within the platform.

Accessing the Platform

1. Open the 3plicity Website
   Navigate to the official 3plicity site using any desktop or mobile browser. You will be automatically redirected to the Sign In page.

Sign In Page Overview

• The Sign In page includes fields for email and password, a Sign In button, and role selection options at the top.

• You must select one of the following roles before signing in:

  • 3PL

  • Merchant

  • Admin

• The content of the login form adjusts based on the selected role.

Steps to Log In

1. Select Your Role
   Click one of the role buttons (3PL, Merchant, or Admin) located above the login form.

2. Enter Your Email
   Type your email address into the Email field.

3. Enter Your Password
   Type your password into the Password field.

4. Show/Hide Password (Optional)
   Click the eye icon inside the password field to reveal or hide your password as needed.

5. Click “Sign In”
   Once your credentials are entered, click the Sign In button to access your dashboard.

After Logging In

• If your login is successful, you will be redirected to the main dashboard that corresponds to your selected role.

• If you are using a 3PL account but select the Admin or Merchant role, you will still be redirected to the 3PL Portal Dashboard assigned to your account.

Logging Out

To log out:

1. Click on your avatar in the top-right corner of the screen.

2. Select Log Out from the dropdown menu.

You will be returned to the Sign In page.

If Login Fails

If something goes wrong during login, messages will be displayed on screen to help you:

• If fields are left empty, a message will prompt you to complete them.

• If you use an email that isn’t registered, you will be notified.

• If your email format is incorrect, the system will indicate the issue.

• If your email or password is incorrect, a message will inform you that the credentials are invalid.
