How to Change Your Billing Plan

Changing your billing plan is easy and allows you to upgrade or modify your subscription to better suit your needs. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to change your billing plan:

1. Access the Plans and Billings Section:

• Navigate to Settings: First, log in to your BeautySnap account.

• Click on the Settings Option: In the left sidebar of your dashboard, select "Settings".

• Select "Plans and Billings": From the settings menu, click on the "Plans and Billings" tab. This will bring up the plan and billing information section.

2. Open the Change Plan Modal:

• Click the "Change Plan" Button: In the Plans and Billings section, you will see a "Change Plan" button. Click it to open a modal with different plan options on the left side.

• A payment methods modal will also appear on the right side of the screen, allowing you to view and manage your payment details.

3. Review Available Plans:

• The modal will display two options for billing plans:

  • Basic Plan (Blue):

    • Price: $499.00 per month

    • Includes: 1-50 consultations per billing month

  • Unlimited Plan (Yellow):

    • Price: $899.00 per month

    • Includes: Unlimited consultations per billing month

4. Select Your Desired Plan:

• Each plan is clearly displayed in a container with a different color for easy identification.

  • The Basic Plan container is highlighted in blue.

  • The Unlimited Plan container is highlighted in yellow.

• To select your plan, simply click on the plan container. The border around the selected plan will turn blue, indicating your choice.

5. Confirm Your Selection:

• After selecting the desired plan, click the "Change Plan" button.

• You will be redirected back to the Plans and Billings section, where the left side panel will now display the selected plan and its corresponding monthly fee.
