Merchant Notification Triggers
Overview
Merchant users can use Zapier to receive automatic notifications whenever important activity occurs within their 3PLICITY account.
These automations help merchants stay informed about purchase orders, sales orders, and inventory changes without continuously monitoring the platform.
Notifications can be delivered to thousands of supported applications, including email, messaging platforms, spreadsheets, CRMs, and other business tools.
Available Merchant Triggers
When selecting 3PLICITY as the Trigger application in Zapier, Merchant users can create automations for the following events.

Triggers whenever the status of a Purchase Order changes.
This automation can be used to receive notifications when a Purchase Order is:

Sales Order Updates
Triggers whenever one of your Sales Orders is updated by the 3PL Company.
Examples include:
- Carrier assigned
- Carrier changed
- Tracking number assigned
- Shipping label added or updated

Inventory Adjustments
Triggers whenever inventory quantities are adjusted by the 3PL company.
Examples include:
- Inventory quantity updated
- Stock corrections
- Receiving adjustments
- Inventory reconciliation
- Manual inventory adjustments
This trigger helps merchants keep external systems synchronized with inventory changes performed inside 3PLICITY.
