Marking Shipped Orders Statuses

Marking an Order as Delivered

Overview

Once a shipment successfully reaches the customer destination, the order can be marked as Delivered.

This status indicates that:

  • The carrier completed delivery
  • The shipment reached the customer
  • The order is no longer in transit

The order remains visible in the Delivered section for operational follow-up before final completion.


Marking a Shipment as Delivered

  1. Navigate to Shipping.
  2. Locate the desired order in the In Progress section.
  3. Select the checkbox next to the order.
  4. Click Mark as Delivered below the table.

The order is immediately moved to the Delivered section.


Reviewing Delivered Orders

  1. Click Delivered from the top menu.

The order now appears with the Delivered status.

Users can:

  • Open shipment details
  • Review delivery information
  • Access shipment history
  • Continue post-delivery workflows

The Delivered status is also reflected across:

  • Sales Orders
  • Merchant shipment views
  • Operational history records

Marking an Order as Completed

Overview

The Completed status indicates that the delivery workflow has been fully finalized and successfully closed.

This status confirms:

  • The shipment was delivered successfully
  • The order lifecycle has ended
  • No additional operational actions are required

Completed orders remain available in historical records for auditing and reporting purposes.


Completing a Delivered Order

  1. Navigate to Shipping.
  2. Select the Delivered tab.
  3. Locate the desired delivered order.
  4. Select the checkbox next to the order.
  5. Click Mark as Completed below the table.

The system finalizes the order and moves it into the completed shipment history.


Reviewing Completed Orders

Completed orders remain accessible from:

  • Sales Orders history
  • Merchant shipment records
  • Historical shipment tracking

The Completed status indicates the order lifecycle was successfully finished from fulfillment through final delivery.
