Understanding and Navigating the Main Dashboard
The main dashboard is your central hub on BeautySnap, offering an overview of your company’s activity, pending tasks, key statistics, and lead management. Follow the guide below to understand how to effectively use it.
1. Accessing the Dashboard
Step 1: Navigate to the BeautySnap main page using your browser.
Step 2: Log in with your registered credentials.
Step 3: After a successful login, you will be automatically redirected to the main dashboard. Alternatively, you can select "Dashboard" from the left sidebar at any time.
2. Top Header Overview
At the top right of the dashboard, you’ll see your company name and company profile picture, provided this information has been previously set up (during sign up).
3. Pending Tasks Section
This section highlights any important setup steps that still require your attention. Tasks may include:
Upload your logo
Enter Privacy Policy URL
Confirm your email address
Visual indicators help track your progress:
✅ Green checkmark: Task completed
⚠️ Red warning icon: Task still pending
Once you have completed all the onboarding steps shown above, the section will switch to the Statistics display.
4. Dashboard Statistics Section
This section provides real-time metrics that summarize your lead activity:
Total Leads – The cumulative number of all leads collected
Leads This Billing Month – Leads received within your current billing cycle
Leads in the Last 30 Days – Recent leads over the past month
Leads in the Last 7 Days – A snapshot of your most recent weekly activity
These statistics update automatically and should reflect the data shown in the leads table.
5. Leads Table
The lower section of the dashboard contains a dynamic table displaying detailed information about each collected lead.
Table Columns Include:
Date
First Name
Last Name
Email
Phone
Concerns
Patient Images
Additional Comments
Features:
Filter icons on column headers allow you to search and sort.
Scroll through entries to view all available leads.
Example entries:
Juan Perez – Concern: "Nose: Too big"
Marcos Dias – Concern: "Stomach: Love handles"
Special Columns:
Patient Images: Icons appear if images were submitted with the lead.
Additional Comments: Displays any extra notes or messages left by the lead.
6. Export Options
To download and manage your leads offline, use the export buttons located near the table:
Export to Excel: Downloads the lead data in
.xlsx
formatExport to CSV: Downloads the lead data in
.csv
format
These options make it easy to back up data or analyze it externally.
